After working with Patricia, my husband and I won't use another realtor as long as she's in the profession. You might not believe this recommendation, but you should. There is no exaggeration here! Lauren Tetreault is an amazing realtor. My husband and I have lived in academic housing for 42 years. Now in our 70’s, we were babes in the woods, knowing nothing about purchasing a house. From the first greeting on the phone, and then in person, Lauren was friendly, warm, and encouraging, clearly with expertise not only in the business, but with people…witness that she had to deal with me and I was a nervous wreck! Patricia Sands is above the words I can tell. Last fall I found a house to buy and I came across Patricia. By far it is not the first house to buy, but Patricia was way up in the support she gave to me and my wife in the process of buying the property. I was bragging myself that with my 800 points credit I found a bank to finance me with 3.12 interest, but she directed me to local bank where I got approved with 2.75. She negotiated in my part with the seller and saved hundreds for me. I had many requests myself and she solved them with ease. She offered herself to accomplished some trip which were definitely not her obligation. She is honest representing me, hard-working, knowledgeable, full of resources, energetic, and not shy to mention that all details have to be complete covered legally. After I bought the house, I was in the situation that I had to rent it. I was lucky that she was willing to help me to rent it also. We found the tenant, and she found the plumber, and she found the snow shovel people in matter of less then an hour. Everything is at her finger tip from cleaning person to the closing attorney and banker and city hall. She is amazing.
Patricia was the best! She stayed with us throughout the whole process and didn't try to make us settle for a house that was not quite right for our family. She had us go for a house that seemed above our means but was perfect for us. She made it happen and we are now happily in our dream home!
